Man City needed to win at Bournemouth on Tuesday, May 19 to keep the race alive, but only drew 1-1.
That left Arsenal 4 points ahead with 1 game left, making it impossible for City to catch them.
Arsenal won their Last title during 2003/04 “Invincibles” season, making it 22 years since the last title.
Winning the title this season made it 14th league titles in club history, with 4th Premier League title.
The team will be presented with the Trophy on Sunday, May 24 at Selhurst Park after the last league of the season against Crystal Palace.
As it stands, Mikel Arteta finally gets one after three straight 2nd-place finishes.
